Every player will receive specific game improvement feedback after the event with video instruction to help players keep progressing in the weeks and months after attending.

Refund Policy

Full Refund Window: Players are eligible to receive a full refund if they cancel more than 30 days before the event.
Partial Refund Window: A sliding scale of partial refunds will apply for cancellations closer to the event date:
• 50% refund for cancellations 15–30 days before the event.
• 25% refund for cancellations 7–14 days before the event.
No Refund Window: No refunds may be offered for cancellations made within 7 days of the event, although credit for future events will be provided.
